Bob Dylan Song: HEEELP!!!!

Dear Dylan Enthusiasts:

A message was sent to me via my telephone answering machine. The message was in the form of a mere song. I am pretty sure its the voice of BOB DYLAN.. but I am not familiar with the song, nor can I make out the words due to a staticky phone line. I'd love to know what this song is so I can look up the lyrics.

I don't live in Philadelphia anymore. I now live in Ohio but I can listen to the song from you phone number. Hope you can figure what it was. Have you tried using *69 to see who called you and you can ask them? Once I heard a song in a movie and thought it was by Dylan. I finally found out what it was. Hope to hear from you soon.
